Due to recent changes to EU import and VAT rules, we can no longer ship books to delivery addresses in the European Union. These regulations require us to complete additional tax registration and compliance steps for each EU country we sell into, including obtaining the appropriate customs/tax identification (EORI) for those locations.

In addition, the new requirements mean we must collect applicable VAT/taxes from customers and submit detailed VAT/tax reporting to the relevant authorities. As a small business, we do not have the staffing, time, or financial resources to take on this added administrative and compliance burden.

As a result, we must discontinue sales and shipping to EU addresses effective immediately.

If you place an order with an EU delivery address, we will contact you to request an alternative shipping arrangement or address outside the EU.

We understand this is disappointing. Some of our previous EU customers have been able to receive shipments by using a UK or US contact to receive the parcel on their behalf, and then handle onward delivery. In those cases, VAT treatment may differ depending on the circumstances.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but EU rules have made EU shipping unworkable for us.

Returns

Unless an item is physically damaged all sales are considered final and are not subject to return. Nephilim Press offers its customers a full 7-day money back guarantee on products  sold that are physically damaged. Physically damaged products will be replaced upon receipt of the returned, damaged item to Nephilim Press. You must return your product(s) within 7 days of receiving your order to get the replacement product(s). The seven day timeframe is determined by the tracking information listed on your order. The date the item is received is day one and the final day is the seventh day later before 5PM Eastern Standard Time. Receiving your order is determined by the USPS tracking number. After seven days of receiving the product, all sales are final. 

For items lost by the mail service a refund will be issued in full within 45 days of purchase. Customers must email Nephilim Press and state that their package has not been received. Nephilim Press will not issue refunds for lost packages that have a tracking number that states the order has been delivered to the shipping address associated with the tracking information.
